Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We at Kashyapi(www.kashyapiorganics.com) always aim to offer high quality products carefully sourced for you. However for any reason if you are not happy with the product that you have received, you can initiate the return to us within 3 days of receiving the order. Please call our customer support number and/or send a mail to email@example.com listing the reasons for your return along with photos and proof of purchase. Upon return acceptance by our team, please send the items in the same condition as you received, unused/unworn with tags(if any) using the original packaging along the invoice.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not refund the order once the payment has been processed. However, you can get a replacement in case of any issues with the product quality or product being damaged at the time of delivery. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item using which you can purchase any other items or adjust the store credit in your next order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order at the time of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any returns, to reduce the carbon footprint, please note we will be collecting the damaged item while delivering your next order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods (such as dairy, fruits and vegetables, snacks, flowers, or plants), custom made products (viz. special festival orders, personalised items, etc), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
However, in case of any issue with the product quality of fresh essentials like dairy or fruits and vegetables, we would be able to process the refund if we find your proof satisfactory enough.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SHIPPING: Orders placed before 12 pm are shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12 pm are shipped the next business day in Bengaluru.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on Mondays.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 7 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
